Eligibility for Refunds
 
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
 
The product must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches, and cologne/perfume odor, do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. 

• The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
 
Non-Refundable Items
 
• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Products not in their original condition or packaging.
• Products returned more than 14 days after the purchase date.
• All earring sales are final due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process
 
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@moissanitebrilliance.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Address: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Address and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories with your order number or a copy of your receipt. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
 
Cancellations & Changes to Existing Order

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees, which include labor and raw materials. Therefore, if you placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind, you’re welcome to use our returns process to send it back for a refund. We’re here to assist if you have any questions or need help with the return.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
